Information about the process for becoming a U.S. citizen or obtaining a green card (permanent resident) can be found on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website. The library has a copy of the Civics and Citizenship Toolkit: A Collection of Educational Resources for Immigrants available to check out with your C.H. Booth Library card. The toolkit contains a variety of resources to help prepare for the naturalization process.
Click on the link for information about the 2020 version of the test. This will be available Dec. 1, 2020. Depending upon when you filed your N-400, Application for Naturalization, you may need to take the 2020 or the 2008 version.
