Your go-to place is the Economic and Community Development Department  of Newtown which has gathered information on various small business loans, lines of credit, and payment assistance for businesses.

The Chamber of Commerce, of Newtown, CT is also playing a leading role and organizing many efforts.

 The Newtown Bee continues to be a source of information for both you and for your customers about you.

Run a business in town?  Join the new Facebook group, Newtown CT Small Business Group, to share information about the latest initiatives to help small businesses during this crisis.

The state Department of Community and Economic Development has created a COVID-19 Business Emergency Response Unit dedicated to assisting businesses navigate resources and develop new resources. A dedicated phone line is available at 860-500-2333 to provide assistance to Connecticut’s small businesses.
