Carm’s Classics Club

Carm’s Classics Club is a discussion group dedicated to celebrating classic literature that has enduring influence on readers. Carmel “Carm” O’Neill was an active volunteer for the Friends of the C.H. Booth Library for 20 years. Her specialty was the Classics section. After her passing in 2018 a group of her friends made a generous donation in her honor for a classic literature program for people of all ages. The goal of the Carm O’Neill Classics Club is to create lasting connections to classic literature for the people of Newtown.
